4. What are codes and how do they work?
One unique code can be found on the inside of each participating promotional Kellogg’s Special K pack. To enter go to www.myspecialk.co.uk/lipstick or www.myspecialk.ie/lipstick and log in with your account details and enter your 10 digit unique code. Winners will be notified online instantly with a congratulations message appearing on screen. If you haven’t already got an account with Special K, you will need to create one with your name, address, postcode, telephone number and email address.
5. Whereabouts on the pack can I find my unique code?
Codes are 10 letters long and are located on the inside front panel of the cereal box on participating promotional packs. The code is not printed on the outside of the pack. It is not the pin number or the Best Before End date. The code will be printed in red ink.
6. Why do I need to register?
Registration is needed, so that if you are a winner we can use these details to contact you. PLEASE NOTE: You must ensure that your contact details are complete and correct as we will be sending your Max Factor Colour Elixir lipsticks in Ruby Tuesday to the address supplied to all winners. The date of birth is required as entrants must be aged 16 or over to be a valid winner.

First go www.myspecialk.co.uk/lipstick or www.myspecialk.ie/lipstick to or log in or create a Kellogg’s account and enter your 10 digit unique code. After the code is accepted, you will see a message instantly online if you are a winner or not.
11. I can’t enter my code?
The codes are alphabetic, so please make sure you are not entering any numbers. For example, the letter I could be mistaken for the number 1, or the number 0 for the letter O.
12. How will I know my entry has been submitted successfully?
If you are a winner you will receive a congratulations message on screen and you will also receive an email to confirm that you will receive your Max Factor Colour Elixir lipsticks in Ruby Tuesday within 28 days.
If you’re not a winner, you will receive a message to advise to try again next time with another unique code from a promotional pack of Kellogg’s Special K.

No, Max Factor don’t test any lipsticks or any of their other cosmetics on animals.
21. How do I know if I’ve won?
Winners will see an instant message online after their code has been accepted and will also receive an email to confirm this. Customers do not need to take any further action once they have received their email as their prize will be automatically fulfilled. However, customers MUST ensure that their address is complete and correct when they are entering details online as this address will be used in the event of their entry being a winner. As we may need to contact participants to verify their address (in the event that address is incomplete or incorrect), all participants must ensure they are contactable for 28 days after that specific draw date closes on the same email address they used for entry/registration into the promotion. In the event that the Promoter cannot contact any winner after taking all reasonable steps to do so it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
